After starting my computer, I have to sign into Microsoft 365 or enter a product key to open up Word documents, Excel sheets or Powerpoint. This is problematic because I don't always have internet wherever I go and thus, don't have access to Office. Help!

That's the error log that I'm getting.
Have no idea what error 17004 stands for and was hoping someone could enlighten me. I've searched all over Google but was only able to find an error description for 17002.
I only get this error code when I'm deploying to my VM so I know it's not a permissions issue, but to be sure I have also double checked that the computer account for SCCM has read/write perms.
Can anyone think of any other possible culprits?

PowerPoint 2013 / 365 hangs with Microsoft Accessibility

Run Power Point , click on the splash screen with left and right mouse clicks.
Press Alt+F4 to close it.
After few runs PowerPoint hangs and won't exit.
It is easy to notice that thread of Accessible Events hangs as well.

Office 365 for Business
Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to store and archive email boxes of ex-workers. We have workers that no longer with in the company but their emails are very valuable to us, and it would be really great if it was possible to easily share certain folders or even whole mailbox with people in the company. Right now I am trying to use Shared folders for this purpose however, with shared folders I am unable to have folder delegation (sub folders).

Deploying Office H&B over hundreds of PC's. Easier way?
Our department configures about 10-15 desktops/laptops daily. With each one we purchase a Office Home & Business Single Use Key.
Is there an easier way to activate them using one email rather then creating hundreds of LiveID emails? If I use the same email for more then 1 it prompts me saying the activation code is invalid?
What would be the best solution for my issue?

Outlook E-Mail View -> Task toolbar -> Calendar show more days

In Outlook 2013 you can enable the Calendar View on the right side of the Mail View:
Here you can see the calendar and the (cut off) text (on top of People panel) "You have nothing else scheduled today". This calendar panel shows only appointments for today.
If I have an appointment tomorrow, the panel doesn't show it. In Outlook 2007 I could see all appointments in near future.
Is there a possibility to show more appointments from the future in this view, not only from today?

Change User Account Picture

We're using Office Professional Plus 2013 Volume Licensing Edition on Windows 8.1 Enterprise. Is there a way how i can Change the Default "Grey" User Account Picture in the Office Applications?
I replaced the one in Windows with a Company branded one (GPO) but i can't find any Setting / place where i could replace it for Office. We are using the Domain Account for Office 2013 without Office 365, Lync, etc.

Office 2013 Crashing After Printing to HP Laser Printers
I have a customer with an HP Elite computer, Windows 8, and Office 2013 (perpetual license, NOT Office 365). The first page of a print job to an HP laser printer comes out fine. However, it will not print another page. Word or Excel hangs, and then asks to "Restart, or Close". After the first page, if I go to Task Manager, I see "Windows Host Process (Rundll32) Not Responding". Also when I close Windows 8, I get the message hpmsn140.dll or hpmsn09.dll "Not Responding".
This problem does not occur with other applications.
This problem does not occur with other non-HP LaserJet printers.
This problem occurs with both USB and network printers.
The only way to clear the problem is rebooting the computer.
I have tried the Windows 8 driver, HP's PCL 6 driver from their website, and HP Universal Print Driver from their website. All have the same issue.
I have tried logging in as Administrator, as well as, the Standard User. Both logins have the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

office Home and Student 2013 error message with yellow triangle
I have been using my word and excel they were working fine. Now there is a yellow triangle top right corner by my initials. I finally got it to show me only for a moment what it means. Error Message: did not realize I should have copied it down but
after error message it said to sign-out and sign back in. I have never had to sign in before the Office was installed in Dec 2013 by Best Buy. All they returned was the card they had used to download. When I tried to click on sign in it does nothing. The error
seems to have the word program very mixed up as it will preform some task but seems to lock me out of other normal things I usually do like spacing or changing font size just to name a few. I already checked for all updates on my computer per your sites suggestions.
How do I make the error message /yellow triangle go away and allow me to use the office home and student 2013 like it was working before. Please help I live alone, and near 60, live in the boondocks, and do not have any computer people within a 4 hour drive

Installing Office 2013 Pro Plus from an ISO image, need help!!!!!
We have a client in a remote area with extremely poor internet. I tried downloading and installing Office 2013 using the quickrun installer and it took days to complete. As far as MS tech have told me is that Office 2013 does not have installation media or .iso file to help with this.
So, we have this idea to order 12 licenses through MS Volume Licensing. From what I seen with other VL is there is everything is in .ISO form. Now, does this hold true for Office 2013 Pro Plus?
If anyone has gone this route can you please chime in? I'm curious if we can create our own installation media using a .iso image from Volume licensing and only require the internet for activation, nothing else.
I will download the .iso and burn the media at my office then bring it to our remote client for installation.

There is not GUI error message. Office was freshly installed. In the event log there are only the normal messages from Security-SPP. Are there other source of logging that could hint in the proper direction?

Test O365 with a few users..

We are a high school which will soon go for a complete O365 E3 rollout. But I would like to test the setup and test the features in a small environment first.
We have our current web site in Joomla with our ISP and don't plan to move that over to MS in the near future. I assume that is not problematic. Can we albeit this use Sharepoint for intranet?
Also our email servers are hosted by our ISP. I have purchased 5 Office 365 E3 licenses and I plan to set up 5 of our current domain users for Office 365. However I will not change the MX record for email as this affects the whole domain, can I just set an automatic forwarder of all incoming email messages for the 5 user accounts to their new exchange accounts, or how can I do this for a limited number of users until we are ready for the transition of the whole domain?
For the rest of the features I assume that our 5 users will benefit as if the complete domain was transfered. Am I correct in expecting this?

Hello, I already configure IIS SMTP in order to send email from LOB application server, is working fine, I am using an Office365 mailbox to authentication. User told me that sent mails folder is empty.
How can I configure that emails are copied to sent mail folder? Thank you

Problems with Outlook and 365

I can fully understand how you feel when you made several calls to Godaddy and Microsoft but no one resolved the issue.
I think the Go-daddy support sent you to Microsoft since they identified it as a pure Outlook desktop client side issue and it is not related to the Office 365 service provided by them. While the Microsoft support sent you to Go-daddy since they identified
it as a pure server side issue and let you contact Go-daddy to check the Office 365 service.
However, according to your description, I cannot identify the root cause via the limited information yet. BarbBouchard, let's work together to narrow down whether the issue is related to client side or server side. Here are some tips for you:
1. Check if you cannot send or receive emails on both Outlook desktop client and . I can send and recieve emails on OWA but not from my outlook desktop.
2. Check if this issue occur to all Office 365 user accounts or only one user account. There are two users on this account and we both had the problem as described here. The second user has not expeireinced this issue since turning
off the automatic updates in options. I did not do that on my desktop and it seems that this problem occurs after an update has been started. There is a message that says update in process. This message never goes away.
3. Add the problematic account into another PC to check if the issue exists. I did not do this.
If the issue occurs on both Outlook desktop client and OWA, it might be related to the Office 365 account or server side. If so, you will need special assistance from Godady side. Since Office 365 plans purchased from Godady has some customize features and
they are different from the plans directly purchased from Microsoft website.
If the issue only occurs to specific user and Outlook desktop client, the cause may lie in the Outlook desktop client side. As I know it, we have a group which is dedicated handling Outlook client related issue. To provide you with further assistance, it is

Page layout in Excel 2013
Hello. I have a strange problem in excel 2013.
I make sheets about 7 pages long and I use the page layout to set the margens to
0,9 up and 0,9 down.
Then I make the pages so that the text break is exactly 1 page long.
For instance sometimes the first page contains 20 rows of text,
and the next text should be in the next page because it should be sorted that way.
Anyway. When I have sorted all th pages so that the text start at the top of every page I save it.
Later when I should print out these pages from another computer the page layout is different.
It does not show the text on top of every page. it has moved up on the pages.
I have testred it in 7 different computers and all shows it different then mine.
One computer has exactly the same specs as mine.
My specs are Windows 8.1 pro
Microsoft Office Standard 2013
What can be the problem?

I have this computer with a Generic VLK (KBKQT-2NMXY-JJWGP....) for Office Standard 2013 which can, i'm assuming, only be gotten through a KMS host. However, when I check it using the Volume Activation Management Tools it shows "Office 15, OfficeStandardVL_MAK
edition"....what gives? Is this some kind of glitch or something else is amiss here? This is happening for a few of our machines that the previous IT tech installed Office. Oh and the Product Key Type reads as Retail instead of MAK.
