we are using a laptop with windows 8 and office 2010, when we try and open an excel file in Hotmail we can't open or download the file, all excel files in Hotmail have a second attachment ATT0001, I guess this is something to do with changing the file
type but in Hotmail it isn't doing anything - any ideas..........please
