I have purchased 4 copies of Office 2010 (recently) on new Windows 8 Pro laptops, with the understanding that I could upgrade Office to 2013 for free when available. I am trying to perform that upgrade on my laptop (1st one of the 4), but am having no luck. I have downloaded and executed the Click to Run program, but nothing happens. I see the process in Task Manager, but as far as I can tell... nothing has happened as a result. There are no registry keys related to Office 15, no changes in my file structure and no files downloaded.
I am running Windows 8 Pro with no Proxy Servers and with Office 2010 Pro installed. Suggestions?
