I am hoping someone can help me out. I work for a community school. We recently installed Office 365 educational from Outlook live. I have several users who use Outlook desktop instead of the internet version. I am wondering how they are going to access the apps from the desktop Outlook? I read a few articles online, and could get a portal for them to access outside of Outlook. I don't believe our users will like this format since Google has apps right on the Google homepage. Is there anything I can do to make this user friendly? I appreciate any help I can get!
