From within Word 2013 i do : Insert -> Online Pictures -> type subject to search in office.com -> select a picture -> press Insert.I get an error : "sorry, we couldn't downlod the picture(s) you selected", but there's no additional info to analyze the reason or origin of the problem.
Copying an image from office.com clipart in IE, into Word, works fine though.
