We have migrated to Exchange 365. Most clients are 2010. With 2013 clients our auto-discovery works and resolves names when creating new profiles.
Existing profiles from 2010 fail to resolve names. Creating a brand new profile with manual configuration fails. For both we get prompted for credentials but it errors out: "The name cannot be resolved. The connection to MS Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."
Since we get prompted for credentials does that mean some sort of communication with the server was made or is that a default function of the mail client?
Ideas? Thanks!
