I have deployed office telemetry agent on Win 7 + Office 2010 system as well as on Win 10 + Office 2016 .
Win 10 systems are correctly showing up in Telemetry dashboard.
Win7 + Office 2010 systems doesnt show up in telemetry dashboard . I checked the task scheduler and it looks msoia.exe runs for very log time and its gets completed however no data is uploaded to telemetry DB.
Is there any trace log that I can refer to identify whats happening in background.
