DN showing in outlook

Hi,

I am using outlook 2013 and upon sending an email, the person that I will send the email to shows this formula instead of Display Name or Full name --- '/o=ExchangeLabs/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=346a420d1e4244d4a468febfc16f95bd-username'

We already deleted the GUID entries in C:\users\jdoe\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Offline Address Book still no luck.

We also put in that DN in one of the email addresses of person in the o365 portal.

we dont want to resort to creating a new profile so pls advise.
