Setting up Outlook 2013 Account from Office 365

All,

We have Office 365 and Outlook 2013.  I have tried unsuccessfully to get the Outloook 2013 to find my email address on Office 365.  The instructions are not that difficult and I am beside myself as to why it is not working.

I try to add the account and tried to automatically setup the email.  Outlook starts searching for my server settings.  I t is looking for me@mycompany.com.  The search fails (encrypted and unencrypted).  I am wondering if it is looking for me@outlook.com.

Anyway... it does not work.

I tried manually to setup the account as an Exchange Active Sync connection, but I do not know the Mail Server. 

I tried POP and IMAP and it errors out.

Can someone help me to complete this setup?
