I can't Suppress the "First Things First" Screen using OCT

I'm trying to create an few Project .MSP packages for SCCM deployment. When I say a few I mean Project 2010 Pro and Standard, 2013 Pro and Standard. I've got everything I want so far except when you open the application I get the screen "First Things First" that ask if I want to "Use Recommended Settings" "Install Updates Only" or "Ask me Later" (I would post a screen shot but I can't). I need to set Prompt to "Ask me later" as our group policy decides which updates to apply and when. So can anyone please either show me in OCT or advise me to another method.
