I have downloaded the Office 2013 Trial software to my laptop which has Office 7 but no other Office installation. I have been unsuccessful in activating the Trial as the email address that I have "...isn't associated with this Office product.Please
sign in with the account associated with your product" However, it is the only email address I have and I receive messages to it from Microsoft reminding me that I have only 2 months for the trial. Naturally, I receive these messages on my desktop
PC because I otherwise could not receive them on my laptop because it does not have a working Office. I must be missing something but I cannot work out what it is. Any assistance would be appreciated.
