Outlook 2013 mails stucks in outbox after Office 2010 uninstall.

Hi

We have Windows 7 x64 SP1

We have recently Uninstalled Office 2010and Installed Office 2013

Now strange problem started to users that mails are stuck in Outbox Folder, though the mail is sent to recipient.

The emails working fine with outlook.exe /safebut not in normal mode

Tried till now.

1. Tried to Created New Windows user profile and new mail profile and synced all mails from scratch.
2. Tried to offline\online mode and deleted all outbox mails

This is faced by many users and not for single user
