Office Professional Plus 2013 - 2 questions: 1) how do i force office to upgrade to latest version and 2) the Outlook header won't minimize b/c i don't have latest version

I have 2 questions. I am on Office Professional Plus 2013. The version I have is 15.0.4433.1508 and it is set for updates to auto download and install. It currently shows no updates available. I have windows 7 prof sp1 and 64 bit. I have 32 bit office.

Question 1 -- I can't get office to update to the latest version -- Office 2013: 15.0.4569.1508. 

Question 2 -- How can I get the latest version of Office. There is one specific issue it seems to handle that I am having with Outlook regarding trying to minimize the header. The message header on Outlook is pathetically huge. WTH?? I have made all the suggested adjustments and even am on right preview pane. I thought this article below was the answer, but I can't get my office to this version. go to this link and scroll down about 3/4 of the page just past tip #6  and you will see "UPDATE" and it says the following:  It looks like the most recent MS Office update (version 15.0.4551.1011) adds an option that allows for the message header in the reading pane to be collapsed. It re-sizes the header from this:
