One of my user's ( Operations Director) has issues with calendar entries that keeps disappearing, however the rest of the team gets theirs ( request ) or calendar entries. I have check the permissions of her PA's pc and verified and found nothing out of the ordinary. The user has changed cellphones ( iPhone to Sumsung galaxy 4) User has even changed laptops.
