How to Mount ISO File to Run Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013?

Hi

I am having a problem running Microsoft Professional Office Plus 2013 that I downloaded free.  Each time I attempt to mount the file, it says there was a problem mounting the file. 

How do I mount a file and get this software to run.

Please provide step by step directions.
