Error on download of Vision 2013

I am trying to download the trail version of Visio 2013 Professional. I have registered and taken to a page with my product key and directed to select a language and to begin the download (<a href="https://www.microsoft.com/betaexperience/pd/VISIO2013RTM64/enus/default.aspx">https://www.microsoft.com/betaexperience/pd/VISIO2013RTM64/enus/default.aspx</a>). A new page appears (TechNet Evaluation Center) which states, "please wait while the Download Manager begins your download." Then , the download manager window appears and then I immediately it stops and give an 'error' message and another window appears with this message: 'The server returned an error. Would you like to retry?' Which I try to retry and the 'error' loop continues. Any suggestions? I visited with a Microsoft Customer Service agent and he directed me, here&nbsp; - to the Technet forum, since the Visio technical team only assists the full version.
