Office 365 pro plus 2013 printing issue

Hi,

I am using Office 365 Pro Plus in my company and I have some issues with network printing. When I trying to print something from office 365 Pro Plus its getting more than 5 min to connect to the network printer and if I try with office 2013 pro, its working fine. What is the solution to this issue??
