Tested on three computers with Windows 8.1 & Word 2013 installed.
I believe is a bug within Word 2013.
The problem occurs in the following environment:
OS: Windows 8.1
Protocol: WebDAV drive mapping.
When double clicking a word file within the mapped webDAV drive the entire
system crashes with IRQ NOT LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO error message.
Event viewer details:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a
(0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000,
0xfffff801c38c7977). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id:
120413-62031-01.
When checking for MEMORY.DMP file it cannot be found.
