O365 - Click-to-Run - Schedule updates - Hide notification

I would like to schedule when O365 automatic updates are installed on my 25,000+ computers (using Microsoft update point, not WSUS or SCCM sites have local Internet access).

I would also like to suppress the update notification bubble from showing.

Any help would be appreciated.
