I purchased Home & Student in June of this year (2013) and loaded it on my laptop with no problems and have used it with no issues until yesterday. I clicked on my excel file that I go into everyday and it popped up in viewer, I checked and found that
my excel, word and powerpoint was gone...nothing except viewer for excel (that you can't do anything with). I didn't change anything or run anything, it just vanished!! I downloaded it again with no problems but when I try to go into my excel file 2
pop up boxes come up, one says "there was a problem sending the command to the program" and the other says "We're sorry but excel has run into a error that is preventing it from working correctly blah, blah, blah", I have repaired it many
times but when I try to go into it agin it says the same things?? I am dead in the water, I can't do anything.....oh and did I mention that I didn't back up anything because....well I'm stupid....HELP!!!!
