- I've uninstalled all Office products from my computer
- I've downloaded Office with the configuration below
- When I try to "configure" it I get the error "The following products cant be installed at the same time: O365ProPlusRetail"
- Yet, if I log in to the Office Portal, click on install my apps and run the downloaded program it installs fine (downloaded file Setup.X86.en-us_O365ProPlusRetail_xxxxxx_TX_SG_b_64)
Can anyone help with this? I really don't want 150 people all individually downloading the same product
