Hi, I am using MS access 2013 trial version. I am not a very technical person but have more than normal info about proframing and database. This is the first time when I am using Access after my uni 3 years back where I did one subject for it. I am helping a not for profit charity with a small ERP/Database system so their work can be organize properly.
the problem is I have completed database.. Now how do I give it to them? I mean how do I lock the programing options of database and make it look like a Simple software application where they can just open it and work on it without thousands of other options showing up to change or delete forms etc.. Also need to sort out logins for diff screens and how I can work that out.
Basically I need help know what next? how to make it kiosk system and still have option to make changes in future if req and roll it out as new version. The software will be used by 3 managers at 3 diff sites so any help regarding where to store info will be good too.
Your help will help a lot of people who are helped by the organization.
