Just wondering before I go down the path of trying this, we currently have 4 companies in the one forest and migrating to O365. We have 3/4 of the way through and one of the companies now requires their own tenant, is it possible to move to do this, or do we need to complete the migration and then proceed with a tenant to tenant migration
