Office 2016 Professional Plus License for RDP

Hello.

I have one server Win2016 DE, All CALs and license for users and server is exist.

I have couple of users in the network. This users have access to this server thru RDP for performing specific operations, limited to two connections in one moment, TS role is not installed on this server.

I have license for MS Office 2016 Professional Plus.

Some users ask me to Install Office professional on this server.

Technically I can install this on server, but what about license. Can this users use Office 2016 Proffesional Plus on this server legaly ? What need to do for legalize if not, need buy TS License and install this role on server or what ?
