MS Access 2016 with Office 365 Crash

We are experiencing issues with linked ODBC sources, pass-through queries, and VBA that used to work in the stand-alone Access 2013 but now seems to have issues after the upgrade. Queries and tables linked to certain sources may display fine but crash when run automatically from code. Error codes presented provide no help as "Reserved Error (-7713); there is no message for this error." is what is displayed. If a debug is run in Visual Studio there seems to be some indication of a problem with the ACECORE.DLL file being called. I still have access to Office 2013 suite so I run my processes and do not experience any issues in this environment. Any assistance is greatly appreciated and would help us resolve our issues.
