Onedrive for business: Sync Desktop and Documents in enterprise deployment

Hi,

I have some questions:

First question:

There is a way to deploy onedrive in an enterprise environment without any click by the final user?

I want that when, by SCCM, I install the software it read by itself the library link and doesn't display the button "Sync Now".

Second question:

a lot of users, in the enterprise where I'm working, have the folders desktop and documents under C:\users\username\ and wants to use OneDrive to sync the contents of these two folders.

Can I create a symlink of these two folders under c:\users\username\onedrive\ so it sync all contents of the folders desktop and documents? I've tried but there is a icon red that cannot sync these symlinks.

In which way can I sync these two folders?

Third question

If i cannot create a symlink I need to move the desktop and documents folders into OneDrive folder, but  if I create a GPO with Folder redirection that redirect the desktop and the documents folder into the folder "c:\users\username\onedrive" when the user connect for the first time into the pc the gpo create these two folders, and when click the "Sync now" button into OneDrive, OneDrive see that still exists the folder named onedrive and so it create another one called  "Onedrive (2)".

How can I do?

Best regards
