Office 365 Ethical Wall Support?

I need to confirm that Office 365 supports an ethical wall(also known as a Chinese wall), to block communication between office divisions within an organization on the same domain. Furthermore, if this is possible, what procedures should I be aware of?

I understand this is possible for Exchange Server, but I need to confirm an organization could implement and maintain this separation specifically for Office 365.
