I am planning to migrate office 2010 to office 2013 in our company using SCCM. I have created OCT 2013 with default Outlook profile hoping this would migrate outlook 2010 profile after migration. However, I am seeing this is not happing because a lot of users who have multiple mail boxes configured in Outlook 2010 do not see all the mail boxes after migration except their default mailbox. Signature created in Outlook 2010 is reset to none after migration and user do not see any previously created signatures, shared calendars are lost and many more issues.. Is there anything I would need in addition to using MSP so that outlook profile is preserved after migrating to O2K13 and user would not lose any custom settings that was created in 2010, after migration?
