We are worried about the lack of centralised reporting on users not being able to see if they have sync issues, for whatever reason that may be, bad file names, client needs restarting etc.
As far as I know - the only way to know if a user has problems is by looking on the small blue icon and checking if there is a red cross on each individual client, is there a way to report on this? Perhaps via a registry key, or Powershell against Office365?
Also, we worry users aren't paying and attention to this small red cross and want to make the 'More Info' screen pop up on their desktop each morning if the error count is greater than 0 so they can address the issues more pro-actively. Is there a way to trigger this for each user?
I would greatly appreciate any help on this as we worry about data loss on a laptop if we are unaware of un-synchronised files?
How are other people ensuring users have a nice healthy OneDrive experience?
