please help

 am a student in university

 (my university made me an account(mail

so they can sent me a messages or any other stuff

so my problem is the mail box doesn't open now

i don't what is wrong

just suddenly won't open

although i but my number and and a rescue mail  

so what i have to do so i cant get my mail again 

now when i try to open it
