Hello,
The new semester has started at my University and we offer Office 365 to our students. Lately students haven't been able to log onto our website office365.university.edu (example). Their using their correct usernames and passwords, and even when we reset their passwords they still aren't able to use it. It's weird because the students that are having this problem are the juniors, sophomores, and almost no freshman. Their accounts have been working till just about a week ago and this week. Their accounts are provisioned in the office365 admin portal. I've got really no clue where to go from here, any help is greatly appreciated!
