Outlook 2013 with Office 2010 cannot preview Excel or PowerPoint

Unable to preview Excel and Powerpoint files on Outlook 2013 and Office 2010.

I have already tried deleting the keys from the PreviewHandler and that worked for Word but it doesn't for PowerPoint or Excel.
