We are testing for a Office 2013 deployment but a number of test installations are claiming that they cannot connect to the internet to provide online help. Some of these are even able to connect sometimes and then, for no apparent reason, lose functionality again.
We can't see any traffic hitting the proxy from those that are not working, but weirdly, on the couple that we have that are working, we can see the pages that are requested, so it looks like something closer to, if not on, the machines is blocking the functionality.
I haven't limited the internet connection functionality of Office in the deployment either.
Any suggestions?
