Copy / Save the Microsoft Outlook 2013 Categories with a script

Hello everyone, 

I am using Microsoft Office 2013 (Outlook 2013)
and I need to save or copy the categories. Can someone please tell me if this is possible with a script (Powershell preferred)
I did a bit of research, but I wasn't able to find a thing, now the question is, if this is even possible.
