Best practice using custom word templates

Hi, our users want to use the same Microsoft Word custom templates on all computers. 

What is the recommended way of doing this?, our users are using office 2013. 

Should I create a script that copies all Microsoft Word custom templates - files to location C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates?.
