Hi,
We use outlook in Cache mode and we discovered that when Outlook is not open/active and we use Word or Excel to send a document to e-mail the mail is not send , until we open outlook. Then we see the mail in the outbox and then it is send by outlook.
This is only happening in Cache mode. When using Online mode this is working as excpected and the mail is send directly.
My question, is this by design or do we need to configure some options. We tried the option to send/receive immediately in the outlook options but that is not working.
