Office 365 languages Menu bar

Hi, 

Could any one help me on the below. 

The default shell language is the 1st language mentioned in the config xml of the click to run so which means the shell language should be the 1st language element

However, the skype for Business menu alone shows the display as last but one display language ID given in the config xml (below is the skype for business menu display shown in Spanish which is the last but one languageID of the config.xml. I have tried it various combinations and observed, it takes last but one language ID) 

below is the .xml format used 

I tried to change the registry keys LyncName and LyncEntryName to Skype for Business. However, every time I launch SFB the values of these registry entries changes to Skype Empresarial and Skype Empresarial Basic reespectively. 

Could any one please let me know how to resolve this
