Office Pro 2013 activation problems

I downloaded the 60 day eval copy of Office Pro 2013, and followed the registration instructions.  Now, every time run one of the programs, it tells me I have to activate it or it will shut down in 4 days.  I enter my email and password, and get a message that the component I'm trying to activate isn't on my computer, and I'm back to the email and password entry screens.  If I kill that, the program runs fine, but with the warning that it will shut down in 4 days.  How do I fix this?  Thanks.
