I keep getting an error message when I try to open any word document: The Macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings. The MS Answer Desk was unable to help except for a fee of $499. Does anyone
have any suggestions? The computer is HP Envy 15. It was originally 2013 8 upgraded to 8.1 and then 10, then downgraded because thed computer stopped working and HP said the only way to take care of the problem was to have a full restore operation.
