I have about 100 users that sync their onedrive for business. At least once a week one of them is in here with "all red x's" meaning nothing is syncing. The only fix i've found is to repair their onedrive. Constantly backing
up and repairing Onedrive files has become incredibly time consuming for our IT Staff.
In many cases the repair option doesn't make a backup of the folder which has caused us to manually start copying the data as a backup, further increasing the amount of time we need. In many other cases the repair doesn't even work, it hangs and doesn't
finish syncing. It'll sit at 10,20200 files syncing and never go down. Causing us to repair more than ones.
Any idea's on why this would happen? All of these users are on Surface Pro 1's and 2's, using Windows 8.1 and Office 2013. Is this software just quirky? Updates are ran regularly so we should all roughly be using the latest version.
