I've recently begun the deployment process of our Windows 10 image for our company, we've installed the Office 2016 Pro Plus apps, however we've made sure to install the standalone Outlook 2013 - as it retains its compatibility with the CRM 2011 plugin.
However, installing the standalone Outlook 2013 disables the preview features within received emails. Specifically the Excel and Word previews (pdfs and images work fine). I've copied across the WINWORD.EXE to the Office 15 folder which enables the spellcheck, and other word functions etc. I've also gone through and confirmed the setitngs in the Trust center, and made sure their enabled in regedit.
I'm just trying to confirm if there is any way to enable the preview function with Outlook running on a different version than the rest of the apps.
