I have been using MS home student 2013 for a while and have just bought MS outlook 2013. But while trying to install the latter into my surface pro with the former pre-installed, I came across a repeating pop-up window which reads '' we meet a problem and the software cannot be installed ''. what's worse, even if I cancelled installation of outlook 2013, my pre-installed MS home student crashed and could not be repaired, and even uninstalled ! As a result I had to wipe my system 😞
I was wondering if MS outlook 2013 is incompatible with MS home student 2013. Can anybody help me to sort out this problem？
