Outlook 2013 TAPI calling with Lync installed

I'm running Office 2013 (32 bit) on Windows 8 Pro (32 bit.)  I'm using the Lync 2013 client.  In older versions of Outlook, the TAPIOVERRIDE regkey fix worked for me, but not in 2013.  Does anyone know of a way I can use my TAPI driver to call outlook contacts instead of it using the Lync client?
