Language packs office 2016

Hi there, 

is there anyone who knows how/where i can download the language packs for office 2016 , i need it for my office deployment with sccm 2012 R2, so users can select them selfs what language packs they need.

before these language packs could be downloaded on MS site , now it is only available with using the office deployment toolkit?
