Running an Exchange 2013 server and the clients are all Outlook 2013.
There are 6 six people sharing one account. Not ideal but it will have to do for now, it's what the customer wants.
Occasionally when user attempts to forward a message from and outside account it automatically makes the local account (the one that is trying to forward) in the To: field and the drop down account for From: shows the original senders account.Obviously if we try to send it, it fails. if we use the drop down menu and correct the To: account to the local account it sends no problem.
Is there anyway to turn this 'feature' off.
Also, when forwarding it often says that you are not forwarding the latest version of this email, click here to view it. At that time no other clients are looking at that email.
When we click on that we now have an email that can be forwarded that shows up right.
Any Ideas?
