I am using Lyn 2013 and outlook 2013. with only single user signed in Lync conversation history is saved in outlook correctly. Now when another user logs in to my Lync 2013 and then logs off. then i log in back to the Lync and start conversations, this time my conversations are saved in other user's outlook conversation history folder.
In short,
Lync - 1 user logged in - conversations saved in his mailbox
Lync - 2nd User logs in and 1st user logs in back - Conversations stored in 2nd user mailbox
