office 365 editions and sharing between subscriptions?

Hi all,

A couple of years ago I moved from an SBS 2011 server to a hosted Exchange package for our 4 users, and went with Windows Server 2012 Essentials when it came out.

I feel that Office 365 would give me more value for money than my current hosted provider, but not sure which package to go with.

I absolutely can't set my nameservers to Microsoft for two reasons:

1.  I use a dynamic IP now on remote.domain.com for the Windows Essentials now that I moved away from having my own mail server.  This is updated via the router connecting to the dyndns.org service;
2.  I have a subdomain which is managed elsewhere for some specific software, so unless I can create extra NS records at the Office 365 site it won't work.

So therefor I am wondering whether the Office 365 Small Business accounts will be ok for me?

My other options are to move to Exchange Online (which is cheaper anyway), possibly go to the midsized business option, or to an enterprise plan.  Something else is that I do some work for a charity who use the E2 plan (I think), and I would like to possibly share information across subscriptions, such as SkyDrive contents, shared mailboxes etc.  I am the primary administrator for the charity system at the moment.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.
Andrew.
