Deploying Office 2013 with ALL updates

Hello,

We deploy Office 2013 via the volume licensing ISO however this ISO is RTM. I am aware of the updates folder and putting the updates in there. The problem is there are so many hotfixes for office and there doesn't appear to be a cumulative update for it? So rather than download every hotfix from RTM and extracting it is there an easier way to get a fully patched iso?

I'm probably missing something but even my google skills are letting me down!
