Microsoft Visio Professional 2013 shortcut is getting installed in default locations even after modifying it in using Office Customization Tool

I am trying to package Visio Professional 2013 for silent installation .

My requirement:

Shortcut has to go in to "[ProgramMenuFolder]\Microsoft Office "            folder.

Issue:

Shortcut is getting installed in "[ProgramMenuFolder]\Microsoft Office 2013"          folder. 

Modified the path using OCT tool , in the Configure shortcut tab with location as "[ProgramMenuFolder]\Microsoft Office"

and installed it on the machine which has Office 2010 installed, and even on the clean machine(with out any office application), in both case it is getting installed in "[ProgramMenuFolder]\Microsoft Office 2013" folder.
