Installing Office 2013 on Windows 10

I have tried downloading the 32 bit and 64 bit version and with SP1.  If I run setup from the iso drive, it fails because of invalid product key.  the x86 version fails because it won't recognize the volume license key.  I tried downloading the Office 2013 Volume License pack and it fails because it is Windows 10.  Any suggestions on how to install?
